I couldn't agree more. I've been with them for over 4 years now and first of all, if you call, they don't answer in any department-billing, sales or tech support. Then if you submit a ticket it might be the next day or never before you hear back. And lastly, they encourage you to use their live chat, but I've only been able to get someone throught there twice. I called their billing department about a billing question and the lady was really rude. Now at the bottom of their emails they are telling people not to even use their live chat anymore due the high volume of calls. They are asking people to submit a ticket, but good luck to get an answer back. My site seems to be consistently down and I have too lost my order emails. I would never recommmend this company.

I am in 100% agreement with Pat, above. Things were acceptable until about a year ago...my site would be down sometimes as long as a week at a time and they would lose my email/orders very consistently. Tech support is now non existent.

Gosh, I think you need to take another look at this company. They have taken a major downhill turn and now rate at the bottom of my list of providers. Of all the hosting companies I have used over the years I have never had an experience that ranked anywhere near the one with Websitesource.
I was a customer for 7 years and all was mostly well until about a year ago. Their errant server tweaks crippled my website frequently. The worst part, and most disappointing, is that their tech assistance went from bad to worse and is virutally non-existant these days. After two "cookbook" email responses from them, they simply ignored my requests for help and left me stranded with a website I could no longer update. I read elsewhere that this company was sold a while back and I think this might explain the 1000% change to poor quality service and performance. I cannot recommend this company. Please beware.
